Consular Services

The Consular  Services  of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia processes Indonesian visas for foreign nationals, Indonesian passports, and documents or other items of immigration or travel concern for foreigners and Indonesian that has residency in Ottawa & Kingston for the province of Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Nunavut.

The Consular Services  also provides document legalization services, such as translation legalization, etc.

Regular Hours

Monday – Thursday:
09:30am – 12:00pm
02:00pm – 04:00pm

Friday:
09:30am – 12:00pm - Please note that the Consular Services does not process visa request on Fridays.

Please allow the Consular Services  1 to 3 days  to  posses your visa request.

The Services follow the Indonesian and Canadian official holidays.
